The PCOS Philippines toolkit
Free PCOS tools that keep your data on your phone
Editorially reviewed on October 29, 2026. [TODO: medical reviewer] How we review
Quick answer
Paid apps abroad charge monthly fees for symptom insights, care plans, lab explanations and reminders. Every tool here is free, works without an account, and stores your entries only on your own phone.
Add this site to your home screen to use the trackers like an app, even offline. Each tracker can print a one-page summary to bring to your OB-GYN or endocrinologist.
Why our free tools are different
- Private by design. Health entries stay on your device. We only count that a tool was used, never what you entered. Read privacy by design.
- Doctor-ready. Trackers and planners print a clean one-page summary (choose Save as PDF in the print dialog).
- Philippine-native. Peso prices from real drugstores and labs, Filipino food, PhilHealth Konsulta notes, and a Taglish toggle on every tool.
- Weight-neutral. No calorie counters, no weight-loss targets and no BMI calculator. The 2023 Guideline recommends healthy habits for everyone at any weight.

Sharing and learning
Install the toolkit as an app
On Android Chrome, open the menu and tap Add to Home screen. On iPhone Safari, tap the share icon and choose Add to Home Screen. The trackers then open full screen and keep working without signal. Your entries stay on that phone; use the export button in each tool to move them to a new phone.
Bloggers, clinics and HR teams can put several of these tools on their own sites for free. See embed our tools.
Frequently asked questions
Are these tools really free?
Yes. We earn from lab and consult booking partners and some supplement links on guide pages, never from the tools themselves. There are no ads or paywalls inside the tools.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser on your phone or computer. Nothing you type into a tracker is sent to us. Clearing your browser data or tapping 'Delete everything' removes it.
Can these tools diagnose PCOS?
No. They help you understand your body and prepare for a doctor. Only a doctor can diagnose PCOS after ruling out other causes.
Is PMOS the same as PCOS?
Yes. PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) is the new name for PCOS, announced in The Lancet on 12 May 2026. It is the same condition with the same diagnosis and the same treatments. Both names will be used until the 2028 International Guideline update.
