PCOS in the Philippines 2027: an anonymous survey

How long did it take to get diagnosed? What did it cost? Did your doctor listen? Your answers will help every Filipina with PCOS (now called PMOS) get better care.

Editorially reviewed on October 29, 2026. [TODO: medical reviewer] How we review

What the survey asks

About 10 minutes [TODO: confirm survey length]. Questions cover:

  • How long it took from first symptoms to a diagnosis, and who diagnosed you
  • What you paid for consults, tests and medicines, and whether PhilHealth or an HMO helped
  • Your experience with doctors, including whether you felt judged about your weight
  • Treatments you have tried and why you kept going or stopped
  • How PCOS affects your mood, relationships and work

You can skip any question. You do not need a diagnosis to take part if you are still being checked.

Your privacy

  • The survey is anonymous: no names, no emails and no phone numbers.
  • It runs on an external form service, not on this site. We store no survey data on pcosphilippines.com.
  • We only publish combined results, never individual answers, and never anything that could identify you.

Read how our site handles data on privacy by design.

What happens with the results

We will publish “The State of PCOS in the Philippines 2027” with charts and a clear methodology, free for everyone. We will share it with journalists and doctors so that the gaps Filipinas face (cost, delays, judgment) get attention. We will ask community moderators for permission before sharing the survey in their groups.
