Community-recommended doctors

No community-recommended doctors listed in Pampanga yet.

We only add a doctor after checking a public listing and a public recommendation, so this list grows slowly on purpose. Know a PCOS-friendly OB-GYN, endocrinologist or dermatologist?

Please do not send your own health details. We only need the doctor's name, clinic and a public link.

Lower-cost and local options in Pampanga

We do not yet have sourced price data for hospitals in Pampanga. Government and provincial hospitals across the country usually offer transvaginal ultrasound at much lower rates than private hospitals, and PhilHealth Konsulta lists OGTT, lipid profile, pelvic ultrasound and metformin. Ask your barangay health centre which Konsulta provider you are registered with.

Do you need to go to Manila? Usually not. A local OB-GYN, a local lab and, if needed, a teleconsult with an e-prescription is a legal and practical path. See every cost in pesos.

How to find a non-judgmental doctor in Pampanga

  1. Check your HMO provider list for accredited OB-GYNs near you, if you have one.
  2. Search public threads on r/PCOSPhilippines for “Pampanga” recommendations, and note the date.
  3. At the first visit, ask: which PCOS features do I have, can we check a 75 g OGTT and lipids, and what are my options for my goal?
  4. If you feel shamed or dismissed, it is okay to get a second opinion. The 2023 Guideline asks doctors to recognise weight bias (Rec 3.6.1, 3.6.2).

This guide is for information. Talk to a doctor before starting or changing any treatment.

Frequently asked questions

Paano makahanap ng OB na hindi judgmental sa Pampanga?

Start with your HMO's provider list or a booking platform, read public reviews and community threads, and use the first visit to check that the doctor explains your options and orders guideline-based tests without shaming you.

Can I suggest a doctor for this city?

Yes. Email us the doctor's name, clinic and a public link. Please do not include your own health details. We verify before listing.

Is PMOS the same as PCOS?

Yes. PMOS (polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome) is the new name for PCOS, announced in The Lancet on 12 May 2026. It is the same condition with the same diagnosis and the same treatments. Both names will be used until the 2028 International Guideline update.
